I like to think we metal brethren have a sort of tight knit community, and your concern further exemplifies why I love metal. I only wanted a confirmation from MFR that they indeed had shipped the record, since the money was taken from my account a full month ago. It is unfortunate that their level of professionalism slipped WAY below what I believe you deserve, but I do not hold you responsible in any way. In fact I was a bit surprised, but relieved to get your email. You have my thanks and loyalty for taking the time to see your fans are treated with respect. I'll wait anxiously for the CD to arrive, confident it will be worth the delay.
