Yeah what is it about the years that adds the weight? Doesn't seem fair right? ha ha Yeah I weighed 120 in high school, and had several medium tour shirts later in the 70s. They've long since been sold on ebay, but I would imagine if you want to stretch it to an XL, just wear it a few times. It'll either stretch to fit, or explode.
