Aside from being a talented graphics and digital media wizard, Mike Eyesicke also plays guitar and vocals in a serious thrash metal band from Windsor, Ontario.
I just got this in the mail today:
What a KILLER album! A heavy, driven, modern sound with the spirit of old school thrash! I'm not a regular thrash listener these days, but I know authenticity when I hear it. Great riffs and vocals, plus the pacing of the drums is ideal! The fast stuff really moves and the slower stuff grooves. Add to that some very slick comic book style artwork and it's complete!
I'm so impressed and proud of these guys for releasing something as pure and good as this in the otherwise infinitely regressing shithole that is the Windsor Ontario metal scene. I recommend for casual metal fans needing some new driving music as well as old thrash purists in need of an ass kicking.
