Yeah, a guy in a death metal band doesn't like death metal.

Mike Portnoy is the drummer from Dream Theater, an overrated epic-prog-power-metal band..although he is a fucking great drummer for them.

Opeth AREN'T death metal anyways, they are more progressive than anything else.
