On A Predator's Portrait, by Soilwork, Mikael does some guest vocals. But on the insert, it lists "Mikke Akerfeldt". Is this the true Swedish name, a nickname, a shortening, or a different person entirely?

Mikke, or Micke as it usually spells, is a nickname for Mikael. Many swedish nicknames goes like that: Niklas - Nicke, Markus - Macke, Joakim - Jocke.
