Noes ! It's the opposite, no girl is hawt after 18
To be hot is different than to be cute or just beautiful... "hot" is a stronger word... and in my opinion there's also the fact that a girl could start being "hot" when time goes by and she becomes a "woman", and not just a female or a girl...
By the way... related to Mima... she is very beautiful now that she is young aged 17, and she probably will be also a beautiful woman in a few years...that's for sure!
