The end of the song played slightly differently. The main thing I was working on was the guitar tone. Still trying to get the rhythm tone I want out of my AxeFX.

This isn't as mid heavy as the tone on the original.

I do like the sound of the mix though, it's real nice. I would take the snare down a bit and make it a little more chunky, though.

Knock off some of the sustain of that kick drum too, the splatty superior kick isn't doing this track justice.

I preferred the first version. Had a much nicer tone to it, sure the distortion was a bit weird but I think you can tweak that.

I like the guitar tone on the first one actually... kinda sounds like something Devin Townsend would dial in.

If the second one was a tad meatier sounding it'd be perfect.

First one is muffled and messy.
Replace kick with something nice and splatty and give the snare more vibe and chunk and it'll be aaaawesome

That's exactly what I was thinking but I can't beef it up for the life of me. When I try to it sounds congested and muffled
