First of all, you should be heavy with autotune to get that robot effect.
In the track you posted I think you overeqd the vocals (or is using a bad mic for your vocals), because they are sounding thin.
Some parts are really out of tune as well.
 
Oh so its the autotune to make something like that robotic effect?
Yes I know this vocal track are just trash its just for testing! WIll check out the EQ for some more thickness! thx
 
Why would you wanna sound like the singer in Miss May I? He cant sing for Christ sake, that's why his vocals are so overly processed.
 
That's a nice blend of autotune (loads on the higher pitched tracks), harmonizer (eventide h3000? and from what i can hear..loads of it! waves doubler + a chorus makes a very nice and easy set up for this kinda effect..not the real thing but..), well timed delay(s), reverb and some double/triple tracking here and there...atleast that's what it sounds like ^^
