Mistake on The Black Sessions?

Noticed the hidden track from the end of "Tonight's Decision" (after "Black Session" on original and after "Fractured" on the re-issue) is played right after "Fractured" on this disc. Do you think they forgot that it was attached to the final song of the album and therefore forgot to take it off or was it intentional? I think it was an accident because it kind of interrupts the flow of the album on "The Black Sessions".

when i read the title of this thread i immediately thought about the typo in the booklet. Take a look at the credits for A Premonition.

Haha! I didn't even notice those until you two mentioned them. I guess typos don't stand out as much to me, though, and they're quite common on CD booklets and covers. Now when it comes to the music/lyrics, I think I tend to notice more quickly.
