Mix feedback and song critique

Here's a mix I've done for my band. Need some feedback. If you have something to say about the songwriting or the arrangement that's also welcomed.

Guitars are reamped through an ENGL Savage 120 > Mesa Rectifier 4X12> SM57+MD412
[on the solo the amp head is switched to a Randall V2]
Bass is a Dingwall NG2 > Sansamp
Drums are sampled using Superior Drummer 2 on toms, Custom kick samples, Metal Factory RIde, GetGood Drums for the rest.
Vocals are recorded with an SM7B > Great River ME-1NV

Well, looking at Yahoo page today, there was massive shooting in a Texas Church, Sunday, Nov. 5, 2017 in Sutherland Springs, about 40 miles southeast of San Antonio, and 26 people dead. Lyrical the song is rather like this incident. Don't be that band.

Overall, very much like Trivium I guess kinda by style. The mix is great nevertheless. Good luck to you guys with your talent.
