MJR's advice for guitarists

Does anybody remember the link from the old website's Interviews section with the interview in which MJR gave guitarists advice from beginner,to intermediate, to advanced? I don't see it in the new interview links. I personally prefer the old site design anyway, this new one is confusing.

The philosophy of long hair on men. Basically how all men have short hair to show that they are submissive and are slaves to society. I just remember it being pretty obvious stuff like for beginner "open position chords" and stuff like that. It really didn't seem like anything worth taking note of.
