yep the show was stoped cuz the juice to place was lost. transformers were blowin up every were. I paid 26 bones to go to a 40 /55 min morbid show :hotjump: fuckin bullshit. plus 5 to park.fuck soulfly any ways.

intimate indeed, I didnt go to the show, I knew it was going to be a ripp off, I heard that it was 29.00 at the door, and plus 5 for parking, didnt they say they are going to reschedual it and everyone that has a ticket stub will get in for free? I dont see that working, everyone got ripped off with the parking. But fuck MA did play 10 songs, wish I saw them tear shit up with all the D O M I N A T I O N songs, I even have the original album t shirt that they sold in 1995.

That really sucks you got screwed out of the Morbid show. Especially at that price.

I went to the Morbid Angel show here in Dallas on the 6th. Only their second tour date of this tour, too. 29 bucks total was a bit much for one band, but hell, it was worth it too me. Standing right between Trey and David, with a good view of Pete, hell yeah. They tore it up too, All old school MA. I don't think they played anything after Domination, but there was a lot of stuff from the first four. Great to have David back and performing his MA material again. Where The Slime Live, the way it was meant to be heard! Hell yeah. Didn't bother with Soulfly. Only stuck around long enough to laugh at the lame ass guitarists kung fu kid jump kicks on stage. LAME. And worse, boring music. MA kicked ass though.

dudes they made us take off our shows and did a full on criminal search . jesse took his 55 year old dad. well they searched him then asked him to take off his shoes. his dad started laughing, he thought they were jokeing.he said ''are you for real'' and some little punk pushes him talkin shit.dad says ''dude im old enough to be your grandfather'' then aother meathead grabed him and tossed his out.so he gave his ticket to a girl in a wheelechair.no shit fuck that place.

I saw them twice at Thunderdome (where I saw Vehemence) and it is much cooler seeing a band when you are a foot away. Since it was such a small place, the band (except for Sandoval) just hung out after the show, so I got to meet Trey Azagthoth and get signatures. Same happened for Vehemence, it was a small club and a Monday night, so the bands (Vehemence and Akercocke) were just hanging out before the show. After shows like those, I can't stand large concerts like ozzfest.

that former country club pisses me off. their security always gives me shit. I once got right into the door, with no line and my car right near the front and I realized I forgot my ear plugs. they wouldn't let me walk there to get my plugs.:Smug:

Yeah, pretty much all the metal shows I go to are in small venues like that, I've met tons of bands, and they're all awesome guys. Vehemence included, you guys are fuckin' great people. As for security, the place I saw morbid wasn't even doing pat downs, you could have snuck anything you wanted in there, as always. Lol.

Yeah, if fans or bands are worried about security, Trees in Dallas is not the best place to play. It's a Great venue, from a musical stand point, usually has good sound, good view of the bands, don't know how is it from a performing venue, but from a security stand point, its REALLY laid back. So depending on your viewpoint, it's either really good, or really bad.

MOTIVE are set to open for SOULFLY at the re-scheduled March 17th show at the Marquee Theatre in Tempe, Arizona. Due to a rolling blackout in the Phoenix area on February 8th, the night of the original show with MORBID ANGEL, SOULFLY was not able to play. Due to Max Cavalera living in the Phoenix area, the band have a make-up date at scheduled for the end of the tour. Ticket stubs for the February 8th show will be honored. Also performing will be NORTH SIDE KINGS and DETOX.

North Side Kings? Isn't that that dude that knocked out Danzig? That was funny. I don't much like Soulfly, we left shortly after they started playing. Ntt too much into Danzig as well but I'd like to see Kataklysm again, and I'm sure Danzig does a good show.
