More Australian KISS concerts announced

Make a point by not going. Only trouble is, lots of other people will pay those prices, so they'll come back again and charge even more.

This is the most I've ever seen them charge though (besides that Symphony thing). Usually their prices are pretty reasonable, surprisingly. At least on par or a bit cheaper than the other arena shows going usually. These ones are a bit stupid though, especially considering the last tour didn't sell great and with much cheaper tickets.

I think I will go to the Grand Prix show though - that one is far cheaper. $150 for the premium Kiss tix (plus the race) and $99 for normal race tix where you can still see Kiss but not in the premium concert section.

Last time they came out I saw show 1 for $130 (on the floor), show 2 for $50 (right up the front of the floor), and show 3 at The Palais for about $47. In 2001 I saw one show for $120-ish and a second for $50 as well.
Bargain!!!

By the way - at least it ain't as bad as Bon Jovi's $300 a ticket (or $200 for the bad tickets) in an outdoor venue with horrible sound! :)

Yeah that's why I didn't go to Bon Jovi. Apart from the tickets selling out in 10 minutes. :)

How'd you get those second and third show tickets so cheaply?

Wasn't sold out so at the last minute they had 2-for-1 deals & stuff :)
With Kiss the first show always sells out super fast so they add extras - then those ones are mainly repeat offenders from the first night (obsessed Kiss fans like me heh) so they don't pack out as everyone else already just went to the 1st night.

They only have 1 Melbourne show which is the Grand Prix, don't think they let them play other ones here so its "1 Show Only" thing.

Because these clowns can charge whatever they like, so they charge like wounded bulls knowing that the sheep will cough up. It's a ridiculous amount of money. Alice Cooper's playing at Crown Casino so I'd hate to think what he's charging for the privilege of seeing the same show he always does at a swanky venue. How different will KISS be from any of the last few times they've toured, not counting the symphony orchestra gimmick?

If Alice is playing at The Palms at Crown, it's a nice venue, but nowhere near as big as the last venue he played at and filled (The Palais). It'll be interesting to see how that goes.

What's the go with Paul's health?
