Funny, I just spoke about you with Olivier Badin from Hard' N' Heavy and Terrorizer, still about this promo tape !!
He just told me that you sent him one copy when Morningrise was about to be released and that he didn't think there were a lot of them around actually !!

There was about 200 made if I recall. This was the promo version that would be sent before the actual CD copy to only the "top" press people. The picture suggests it's genuine.

I shall be speaking to Olivier on Monday. I will see if he's sold his on ebay yet
