Well first off, bring the drums up. Way up.

I tried that when I first started messing around, but it felt like everything was fighting for space. I'll mess around more tonight and post a new mix.

Alright. New mix. I spread the guitars out more and turned the drums up. I also tried doing a little more separating. Let me know.

I would bring the drums up a ways more. Make sure you have enough treble on them so that they have a good crack when they are hit. Try comparing your mix to similar bands.

I'm assuming you're talking about the snare when you say the drum should have a good crack?
What would you guys do to make this better, (other than turn up the drums. I'll work on that)

-Make the guitar more beefy and realistic. It sounds sort of over scooped.
-More snap on the kick.
-Brighten the cymbals
-Scoop out some mids on the kick and toms, maybe the snare too.
Just some ideas.

I'll mess with those ideas.
Not sure what I can do about the guitars. As far as EQ goes, there's only a high and a low pass filter. The guitarist wouldn't let me change the tone on his amp. Its a Marshall AVT going direct and using guitarhack's impulses. I'll do some messing around tonight and see what I can come up with.
