There's nothing to see, sometimes those who do these motivationals are so dumb they don't understand that JPGs are NOT animated.... I mean, this most probably was another "spot the 4 ninjas" or "What's Wrong with this picture" animated GIF or SWF, which suddenly popped up a screaming monster while you were deepily looking into the pic...
