motu 896 mk3 any one who got it?

I'm thinking about buying the motu 896 mk3. anyone who has experienced this unit and can tell about pro's and con's?

I'm pretty certain Machinated from here uses one and digs it.

I have the 896HD, I think Machinated has this one too.
The HD has all the basic stuff, the mk3 has effects onboard.

I have no cons, it workes just fine without any hassle.

Only weird thing is that (Sonar 8.3) in XP32bits the smallest buffer is 32, while in Windows 7 32/64 bit (with the latest drivers) the smallest buffer to choose from is 64 samples.

i would use it with mac os.

i currently use a pre8 by motu. good unit but i would like to have more ins and outs, so the 896 mk3 is pretty interesting. anyone uses it in daisy chain mode?

My 896HD just won't start up since yesterday. Will have it repaired.
