What advantages does DP have over PT LE? Can anyone who's familiar with both give me a comparison?

I've used Opcode Studio Vision Pro for years as my MIDI sequencer. I still do the majority of my MIDI work with it under OS 9 (gasp!). I have OS 9 installed on my iBook for the sole purpose of running SVP. I got attatched to the interface over the years, and PT LE has bugger all as far as decent MIDI editing is concerned. I've heard DP has the closest comparable interface for MIDI in a current product.

Track count is an obvious advantage for DP, I would think. I can deal with 32 tracks with no problem, but as the type of person who likes to put 46 mics on everything, it's nice to know there's more there if I need 'em.

How's DP's built-in beat detection and trigger plugin?

Anything else I should know?
