ok so I recently bought an iLok in order to purchase the license for multitrack beat detective and the track count upgrade.
I done both these, had the licences tranferred to my iLok and downloaded the mptk 7.4-8.0 setup. I set that up and says it installed correctly.
now when I start pro tools I get stuck at the start up window saying loading Pro Tools. Am I supposed to get an activation window or does this not work on pt8 on windows 7(using the vista installer). I have had no problem with PT8 what so ever on this computer so im stumped on whats going on.
any help would be appreciated
