Just got back from the gig at the Muni arts centre, my ears are still ringing and it was a 250 mile round trip but it was worth it.

Its the first time I have seen Biff and the boys since 1989, and they are even better now than then, and the new guys in the line up (OK, I know they are not that new, but they are new to ME!) were excellent, even better than the Oliver/Dawson era.

We met a few good people there and the show seemed to be sold out and the boys played superbly. It was nice to hear tracks like 'Broken Heros' and 'Dallas 1PM' again.

All in all August has been a good month, the DVD was finally released and I have got to see my favourite band again.

I can't wait until the next time and I hope everybody going to Bloodstock this weekend has a great time.

Was at the gig to and have to say it was the most amazing experience ever! :OMG:

Got to meet the whole band which was excellent. My boyfriend has been a fan for nearly 20 years and it was his first saxon gig - it was his dream come true!

It was a fantastic experience and we're hope to make it to the next UK gig :Spin:

Becca were u at the front in the middle??? I was at the front next to a blonde girl from Essex who was with her boyfriend - just wondering if it was u??

Sorry Becca - didn't mean to offend :erk:

Probably was u I was stood next to then - I had long wavy hair and was there with my boy friend (tall guy, withblack wheels of steel t-shirt) we had the banner comenting on Biff's bits :Smokedev:

Glad u had a good time! Was the best gig I'd eva been to!
