Can another Label reissue a cd without having all members agree to have it released? My old bands cd just got reissued and neither I or my old drummer knew nothing about it. It was originally released on JL Turbo and now a label named nuclear war now productions released it.
Anyone who can help with any info is appreciated.

There is a clause that record labels use for rights of ownership.
It calls for the right to License or exploit in perpetuity

3. the transfer of real estate for an unlimited period of time, restricted in law by the rule against perpetuity.
4. an investment designed to pay an annual return indefinitely, having no maturity date

thanks Billy. Its released and the guy was trying to get hold of me to sign off on it. anyways I got 50 copies of it. more than I got from the first release of it.
