I mean, damn, my grandparents would have listened to that if they didn't live in the damn USSR. I've got nothing against age of music, but there's a little difference between "old" and "classic", and in this case you heard my opinion. You should just stop being an angry fanboi who goes "omfg you don't like the music I like you so totally suck" every time someone does not kneel in awe of your musical tastes. I mean cmon, that happens every time, it's annoying. I mean damn, I don't go out of my way to start ranting when you totally sh*t the stuff I post.

My two cents... that kid is annoying as shit, but you're all feeding the troll. Also, I don't want to hear "ONLY A PERSON WITH NO MUSICAL UNDERSTAND WOULD SAY THEY SUCK" in any context. That is total bullshit. You don't have to be a musician to be able to have an opinion. If being a musician helps you appreciate a band's work more, that is fine, but that doesn't mean they are automatically good or that someone who doesn't play an instrument can't voice their opinion without the fact they don't know musical composition thrown in their face. I mean, to me, a sign of a truly good band is that their music is appealing to everyone, not just people who can play an instrument.

But the kid has mega ultra lame reasoning for why he dislikes bands :lol: He could simply state "Not my cup of tea" and leave it at that.
 
My main problem lies with the fact that his reason for not liking Rush was that they're old. Of course they're fucking old! If it wasn't for them making the music they did back then, progressive music wouldn't be how we know it today.

In fact I'd hate to think what music would be like today if they weren't around in the 80s.
