If I get what I ordered from evergrey.net,wich was the SDT album and the new t-shirt.Thing is,I ordered it two weeks ago,and I have'nt gotten it yet,so I thought I'd make a thread to ask those who have experiance with ordering from the webpage how long it usually takes to get it. I live in norway...

Anyone know how long it usually takes?

sorry to hear that you seem to have trouble with your orders.
However to our defense we sent out a mail to everyone that ordered the first 2 cds saying that they were currently out of stock,and it is really strange that you never received that, Cause we got replies from other people.
Now we have received them and they will be going out on thursday , so sorry for the inconvinience.

The strange thing is that you say you have emailed us at sales@evergrey.net
but we never received anything from you ? but we receive mails from other people everyday. So try sending it from another emailadress if you happen to have one.

Its these damn computers - a blessing and a curse
 
Nice of you to quickly clarify that for the guys...And to answer merch enquiries daily is a very good thing you guys do, as I've had problems getting any responses at all from some other bands I order merchandise from.
 
Well, speaking of that Tom. About a year ago maybe? I messaged you guys asking about getting shirts printed at a bigger size and that I'd be willing to spend a good amount of money on a few different styles. Any chance of that or is this Evergrey fan shit out of luck when it comes to shirts?
 
I have tried to e-mail you from different adresses so that should not be the problem. And I never did get the mail saying you are currently out of stock so I hope that you have gotten my order at all...

Looking forward to getting my cd´s though! :)

Hehe, ill try :)

Ulla Skog (Skog means Forest in Swedish and Norwegian) Swedish people are known for their bad swe english, i guess norwegians are as well :) And Ulla Forest is no exception... So when Tom said there are millions of fans out there waiting for an album with a swedish twist, Jonas meant that he sounded like Ulla speaking english... not easy to direcly translate this kind of humor but, we gave it a try :lol:

well,no worries now,i received the cd and the t-shirt last week;D the cd was even signed,wich was a pleasent sunyprise.anyway,thanks for the response,its great to see that evergrey takes the effort to answer threads like this!
