Some constructive comments for you :
The clean guitars should have more brightness, but since you used a nylon string classical guitar, that would have been pretty hard to do.
MIDI drum and bass are always sounding like a can of beans if you ask me, and I strongly recommend the use of samples. They are way more efficient and still quite simple to use (if you can find good samples, which isn't my case regarding bass....)
The dude signing has a pretty good calm voice, which is very appropriated for this kind of song, but sometimes the lines are slightly off tempo and therefore lose a little credibility. I also think that you should work a little more on these multitrack vocal effects, timing isn't perfect there neither. As Poona said, the "once it came you lied" part is a little fucked up, the guitar should have shifted to A# earlier.
Your playing is really good and clean. Not a lot of mistakes can be heared. There is just this part at 2:50 (in the original song) that I think you tend to play a little too fast. Your heavy part tone is quite nice.
That said, I really don't pretend I would have done better, but if you want to improve on further recordings this is what I suggest. I've been thinking about covering this one for months but I'm way to lazzy to do it...
I give it a 7/10
