My current project...

I've been working on this mix of a band called Autumn Awakening.

Even after working with them for a couple of days, I still wanna shove a metronome down their throat, and I still have to remind each guitarists to stop picking like a bitch.

Anyways, I've been working on a mix and this is what I have so far:

Let me know what you think. I wanna make this a quality product, even if my skills are a bit lacking.

Edit: Wow, this mix is sounding weak on my system at home, It's overly bassy, and the guitars have no balls. Damn.

Bump with a new mix.

Guitar's were turned up, bass was turned down.

The studio monitors I'm using tend to make it all sound better than it is. I'm gonna have to keep working with them to find out what's going on. Might add some more girth to the guitars, maybe they are a little to mid heavy. Might add a little more gain as well.

What you peeps think?

The snare sound very distant and un-present. Thats my biggest beef with this. good job
