First off, I'd like to shamelessly plug my solo album project "Thpoo". It has 12 original songs and 5 covers, with the music based heavily on a combination of late Opeth and early In Flames. Check it out here: http://thpoo.insta-code.com

Second, I'm working on a concept black metal album (http://death.insta-code.com), and I'm looking for musicians in the Santa Barbara area to form a band with. I'm really serious with this...like, I want to be in a real band and play this stuff live. I've got 5 songs written and 2/3 of the lyrics done for the rest of it.
