Maybe this is a silly question to ask on the Maiden board, but has anyone heard or like N.W.A.? I just borrowed their greatest hits-type album and it's surprisingly addictive, mostly because it's so damn funny!

I'm not immediately familiar with NWA, but there's more than one gangsta rap song that I've heard that I really like. I can't necessarily remember who they're by or what they're about, but they're still good. Ice-T has some good stuff.

I must admit...there is a fair bit of rap that I enjoy. Mostly gangster rap...Ice T...Ice Cube...some great stuff by those 2. I enjoy the Bones disc from Cypress Hills "Skull and Bones" album too. Its more metal based rap as opposed to the rappy rap on the Skull disc.

I have a friend who is HEAVILY into rap, about as much as I am into metal, so I have heard alot of it, and I can say that there isn't too much I like. The odd song that I don't mind, or with cool bits here and there, but yeah, I can't say I am a big fan. If I had to pick a fav though, it would probably be Busta Rhymes, some of his shit is just so out there you have to appreciate it more than the other generic crap that you hear.
