what the time frames are for the next Maiden album?

I assume based on the Adrian Smith quote (refer the seperate thread on his comments regarding the next albums direction) that they have already started writing. But I can't find any info anywhere that suggests when they are to to start finishing off the songs, start recording, release etc....

Does anyone know?

Crazily enough, i was in Impact Records (Canberra) a few days ago when i bought RIR, and the old long haired geezer behind the counter reckons he heard some guy saying that tickets were going on sale in July for a few Maiden shows down here in November. And im thinking "yeah right!".

But then i find out that Adrian is already talking about the next album, so an October/November release could be on the cards and maybe a couple of shows here in late November might not be out of the question.

Surely this is all bull-shit. As soon as i get wind of a new Maiden album in the works, i lose it and feel like a teenager again, pestering the record store for release dates every day.......
