i have always liked the engl sound (either you love it or hate it lol) but found my savage 120 to be a little too sterile and compressed. this amp hits the sweet spot by being just as brutal as the savage but still has some warmth and sag to it.
made a recording of some random riffs right away because it sounded so good in the room. the crappy cam audio really doesnt do it justice, has to be experienced in person. all knobs within 0.5 of noon, except gain is at 6, straight in:
