Name that synth! (substructure)

I am sure some of you are familiar with this band. I am finishing up with tracking my bands second release and I'm looking for some good soft synths to use for the album.

I just ordered my midi controller so prior to this i have no experience making electronic music so I'm out of the loop.

I love the synth in the song above, anyone know what those samples come from?

No idea where it is from, but sounds like a music box -type bell sound, if that's what you mean?
Any modern rompler synth should have an equivalent sound in there somewhere.
