I remember that first avantasia album being enjoyable. that is probably the last thing I heard from him.

this board needs more discussion of Soilwork though, I don't think we've heard everyone's opinion on the matter 15 times quite yet.

I see nothing wrong with liking NBC and FNF. They're good albums that melded melody and catchiness with aggressive music before the big metalcore explosion fucked everything up.

I also don't see how it's any different than Warrel's solo album, besides the vocals and it being a little more melodic.
