Need fresh ears!

I'm ear fatigued to fux and back and need some input on this mix. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds good for me , just Cymbals are too lood , the guitars need more Saturation,

I figured (next day clarity) I should back off the comp on the overheads. The guitars are heavily saturated already. I know I need to make some cuts in the 4kHz range, but everything I do sounds like it's screwing it up.

Round 2 with this track. I took a lot of the comp off the overhead and notched out some of the high-mid nastiness on the Guitars. Also scooped more mids out of the Bass. I can't tell if I improved or screwed things up.



I feel like I don't even know what I'm doing half the time.
