I've got a Magnum, it works well, and can get ridiculously loud - my house is really sturdy, and things start vibrating off of shelves before I get it all the way up. The only downside is that there's no proper power-off switch - you just unplug the DC cord or cut the power, which gives you a bit of a speaker pop.
