Need Photoshop pro

A friend of mine needs someone to design a T-shirt logo for his band:

They're Nevermoreish progressive metal and they're about to release a video so they need a good design to put on T-shirts.

Is anyone in the position to provide some assistance on this matter?

Or that something completely new/different could be made, whichever is easier.

If they end up using it they'll send a copy of the CD and a shirt to the maker.

I don't know how much of an incentive this is but they would really appreciate it and the reason I post here is because neither he nor I know any decent photoshop artists that could take this on.

What is wrong with the logo they have now? Doesn't look to bad.

Well to quote him they want a new, inovative design for the t-shirts
and they appreciate any effort and thought put into it. I didn't question his motives but I'm pretty sure they're satisfied with the logo, they just needed a way to implement it on the shirts without it being bland and without it looking like it was bought in the 2$ shop.

M@RS has been a great help, I must thank and applaud him. I'm still not sure where exactly the band and him are at the moment but I came to notify if anyone cares that the band made their first video and it looks great.
