Need some advice on speakers, mix V30 with?

In my never ending quest for improvement of my tone, I decided to do a mix of speakers in my Marshall 4x12 1960AV. The current speakers are the V30's. The much talked about "mid spike" of the V30's can indeed be annoying sometimes. I want smoother mids and a tad more "oomph" in my sound. So I was thinking to do a mix of V30 with the Celestion Classic Lead speakers. Any suggestions are welcome!

ps I play moslty thrash, current amp is an Engl Invader 150.

G12H30's sound good, and mix well with V30's.

if you want more oomph, sell the cab and get a mesa or engl or with a more solid construction then the marshall.
the problem isn't the speakers.

+111111111!!! I really like the scooped feel and powerfulness of T-75, combine with strong mid of V30, I think it kills!!!

Thx for all the comments. I was considering the G12T75 combo too, but some people complain about the harshness of these speakers

Celestion CL80. Brighter than a V30 but also smoother. Tighter bass as well.
