Then don't fucking worry. It would only become a legal issue if 2 of the bands got big enough that they actually wound up treading on each other's turf. There's like 12 bands named Vomit; I doubt they're all involved in a massive multi-claimant lawsuit. Also, it would be difficult to sue because you would have to establish that you thought of the name first and copyrighted it and shit and that would be difficult. So just chill out. If they object, they'll probably tell you before suing, and you can change it then.
