It's a JCM900 1960B as shown in the pic.
Four Celestion G12T-75 speakers which is one of the most difficult speaker to record because it will sound harsh, scooped and fizzy in most situations, especially modern high gain tones but I think that when they sound right, they are golden.
They work remarkably well with my Modded JCM900 head, not so much with my 6505.
I used a single SM57.

I'll try to post a relevant clip later.
