i like the mix but after every chug there's a "bass boom" inbetween the pauses, don't know if you got what i mean?

Yeah I hear it, should I gate or simplecut it off?

try to cut it off, everytime i use a gate i loose so much attack

use a multipresser and tighten down the low end on the guitars, that should tame the low end after chugs
