Hi,

This is a new song of mine that I have been working on.
I'm still planning on improving the drum programming, and the mix still needs a lot of work, too.

Any kind of feedback on the sound, tone, especially the mix, playing, song, etc. is very welcome!

Thanks,
Lars

Nice song !
It remembers me early Pestilence work, and it is a good thing :muahaha:

Now i will start with troubles

Kick drum is too clicky : try to EQ it to remove some high end and may be raise it in the mix
Cymbals are too upfront and bright : EQ remove some 3.5-5kHz and lower them
Snare seems right.
Guitars are nice (solo and rhythms)
Bass may benefit from some high end EQ to get clearer, but it is nice anyway.

You got a great song :worship:
Try to hear the mix at lower volume and on different supports (monitors, headphones) and with fresh ears.

Thank you very much !

This is very useful for me!
I will keep your advice in mind when I work on the mix some more. :)

Snare sounds like it has too much of the drum, or not enough of the snares, and the guitars sound just a liiiittle muddy, but otherwise good mix, and a very good song.

I think we hear the same thing : too much highs on drums, on cymbals and kick, too much "presence"
Witch give the impression of a snare too quiet...

But i think once the cymbals and click kick will be solved, the snare will be right.

Is the muddiness in the guitars cause my too much of low or mid frequencies?

Thanks again !

I will put some more work into the mix :)
