Maybe it's not supposed to have a pre chorus or transition. It is what it is. I don't think there is a set formula for writing songs. If there was everything would be a pop song
i think they are the only band that knows how to write a song that is all rhythm.
Did anybody think for a second that Emmure wrote the transitions on purpose like this? like we all know there guitar player loves using crazy effects who's to say they didn't come up with it. I used to hate Emmure when i first listen to them all i heard was chug chug chug chug, 000 1 000 1 000 1 000 1 but the more you listen i think they are the only band that knows how to write a song that is all rhythm.
this is a good point. I actually write in production into my music.
but it's still no excuse for 0 transition skills. transitions are usually more important than the riff that follows.
or, in emmure's case, the chugging that follows.
which part exactly are we talking about that has the zero transition?
