They didn't record that show because they only had a 50 minute set. It's up in the air, seemingly indefinitely. They'd have to do it sometime on the next tour, then do all the technical shit to it before we get our hands on it. It's gonna be a while.
I have a bootleg of a show from early 2000 (the failed John/Joey tour) called "Bay Area Attitude." I got it from ebay 2 years ago. The sound isn't great but you can hear John sing a lot of old Thrax tunes. Unfortunately some are medleys. Here is the track list:
