I'm working on my LP right now and after about 2 weeks of sound sculpting I'm finally satisfied of my work, I thought I could share it with you, just so you know
Drums are Superior 2.0 (Metal Foundry)
Snare is re-trigged with Drumagog5
Bass for now is DirectBass2.0 and it sucks ass, I'm waiting for my friend to borrow his bass.
Ampsim is Le456 with Orange Impulse IIRC, single tracked.
Vocals are done for the 1st verse only I didn't finish writting lyrics, I only rushed this verse so I could mix with vocals to hear what the finished product would look like. Tracked with a Rode NT1A on my cheap FastTrack Pro (only 1 week until 2626!!)
This so far will be the sound of my LP.
I'll be waiting critique, and by the way I'm into old school sounding material so don't expect crystal clarity of such bands like Despised Icon or any Deathcore whatever-core material, think of something like Gorguts, Suffocation, Hate Eternal (I,Monarch), Cryptopsy.
