According to Rob himself..he did NOT play any bass on the new one, he said it was all done by Bob Cock before he joined, so that is not him you are hearing.....

i'm hearing rumors that the new Metallica MIGHT be heavier..But heavier compared to what.?.The Nu metal that's out there? don't know what to think but we'll see when the Cd is released..My hopes aren't to high after Load and Reload and over 10 years of crap comming from Metallica..Howerver,, all the prerelease hooopla over sT. Anger says the Cd is heavy as fuck.WTF? Who knows..?

No offense but this is the THIRD topic that you started about Metallica in an OPETH FORUM you have also posted these same topics in other OFFICIAL FOURMS in less than three days. You could have at least have been considerate and added onto your original post, or posted in the OFF-TOPIC FORUMS. Rob Trujillo joined the band after the newest Metallica album had already been recorded. Unless they went back and added him into the mix in the past month, which I highly doubt, Bob Rock plays all the bass parts on the St. Anger album.
