bah. its the same basic groove-metal that i heard on gateways... midtempo boredom. I'll blaspheme to say this, but the song reminds me of st. anger. Obviously MA is nowhere near that level of shit, but still. Where are the melodies?

Formulas was oozing with melody and technique, gateways was slow and sludgy, and also harmonically dense... domination was catchy. This is neither catchy or new, bahhhhhhhh i really hope the other songs are more inspired.

trey's solo is pretty creative tho as usual

Sounds pretty good. It took me a second to get used to the guitar sound but it goes with the music pretty well. Nice and chunky! Can't wait for the new one!!
