New Orleans under water

This is random, but has anyone heard about this? I guess New Orleans is being hit by a level 5 hurricane, and it should be under 18 ft of water by now (at least thats what I heard).

I guess hundreds of people didn't take the warnings seriously...until yesterday. The interstates were jammed with traffic, and I guess parts of them flooded already. Hundreds of people are trapped on the roads and have no where to go.

We dont have a TV or radio...so I just found out yesterday. Those poor people

yeah. but its not quite as bad as they expected. the most recent pics i've seen there was about 6 feet of water. still bad but they did miss the worst of it i think. i'm sure there's coffins floating about though. always happens when there's flooding there.

that's too bad for them, it seems like a really cool place

Yeah they got lucky...had that east face of the eye hit New Orleans..they would've been completely destroyed. NO more N.O.

I think some town in Mississipie ended up taking the biggest pounding. Lots of destruction.
