Sounds great! The singing isnt really my bag but music/mix wise I really like it. What did you use for guitars?

There is a clean guitar in the background in some palm mute sections? or it´s my imagination? The mix sounds good.

I think guitars could come up a bit. Not a huge fan of the SoloC boost, it seems to centre it too much around like 2.5khz and as a result they kinda get buried when vocals come in, and making them louder makes em too harsh. And it definitely sounds like there are DI tracks at :50.

I don't really dig how the snare fits in. Its Behindert's, yes? Too much low-mids I think, but I'm not sure.

The screamed vocals are pretty awful, when they're leads at around ;40 they sound too weak (vocalist's fault, but could use some distortion or something to help them out), and when they're backings they sound really undefined. Maybe its just the fact that its a different language and I can't understand but its really blurring. Try quantizing them when there's more than 1 track.

The clean vocals are awesome though, really nice work with them. Is it just my imagination or are you automating the panning of the cleans in the interlude? Also.. is there distortion on the left speaker in the interlude or are my headphones giving out on me? ><

Only other thing would be its kinda mono. The guitars don't sound very wide, and all the lead guitars and all the vocals are going straight in the middle. Try varying your panning around some.

Sounds really good to me Erik! Guitar are nice and tight in the lows and drums sound great. Vocals aren't perfect but I don't think that has much if anything to do with your mix- that's only thing I really noticed.

I def. hear cleans as well. The screaming seems underpowered to me compared to the rest. Lacks manjuice :lol:I realise its due to his singing, but maybe you can help it out some (more)?

I also agree with Morgan it sounds a bit mono. I love the guitar tone though.

Thanks!!

For the guitars I used my usual chain (SoloC as a boost into 8505). However the DI tracks sounded a bit weird and sometimes it's just too nasal.

There's no clean guitar or DI tracks anywhere, it's just a synth that's a bit too loud and sounds similar to a DI track.

The snare is Behindert's, yeah :p I love that sample every day! Yeah, it's a bit dark, but that's the feel I wanted. However the whole drumkit is too quiet and guitars are a bit too loud for my taste. I didn't automate anything on the song BTW.

I'm gonna try something else with screamed vocals, they need more grit, yeah! :D

Thanks for the comments!

Cheers!

That sound pretty sick. However, I agree with the vocals kinda sucking :/ Definetely not your fault, its the singer.

Great job with everything.

I think the clean vocals are too loud on the chorus.... otherwise, not real complaint on my part. Sounds super clean.

I think this sounds phenominal. I wish I could get the same kind of seperation in my mixes as you. Ube-envious brother! Great job!
