I'm not particularly interested in it m'self, and that's a shame. They're nice guys and have a helluva back catalog, one of the most influential bands in the genre, but.......meh. I've heard the 2-track radio promo and I thought it was merely okay.

I guess SLAYER is just to heavy for you people here..... To not think this thrash album is one of the best, is saying DT isnt Proggressive........ PUSSY TO ALL THAT ARNT PUSSY THEMSELVES.............

I just prefer to listen to thrash bands that still have it together, like Kreator and Destruction.

Slayer's been past their prime for a very long time.

If your trying to compare SLAYER to KREATOR you must be retarded. Though i do like listen to some KREATOR, you cant compare to SLAYER.... KREATOR plays the same song structure on EVERY song........BORING!!!!! and they have done this there whole carrer....., blah blah, chorus, blah blah, chorus.....for fuck sake change it up.......

As for the BLABBERMOUTH comment..........CHEAP....... come up with something orig.

I am comparing Slayer to Kreator, and I am saying that Slayer couldn't write an album like Enemy of God these days if they had guns to their heads. Not to mention one as refreshingly oldschool as Destruction's last one. Tom wishes his voice has held up as well as Mille and Schmier's...

Ok, I'm a big Slayer fan, for the record. That being said, you're going to praise Slayer and then bash another band for having consistent song structures? Open your ears dude, everything Slayer does is consistent. Song structures, riffs, solos (if you can call most of them that, as opposed to just furious wanking for 30 seconds or so), etc. They're good (used to be great) at what they do, but to pretend they're some progressive band that mixes things up, get yourself a reality check.

Success tells the story, and SLAYER is the most successful thrash band EVER!!! When i attended the last KREATOR show, there was maybe 50 people.....Now DEATH ANGEL would have came close to SLAYER if they kept there act together.
