Maybe you should clean your ears out. Success tells the story, and SLAYER is the most successful thrash band EVER!!! When i attended the last KREATOR show, there was maybe 50 people.

hahahahahahaha 50 people? Add 950 to that and that was at least how many people were at Kreator the last two times I saw them in NYC. Funny thing is, most real thrash fans would tell you Kreator are the shit and agree with shaq's sentiments about Slayer above.

The only people who still think Slayer are the best thrash band ever are the same people who think the last Pantera album was good.

And as far as the Bay Area goes, TESTAMENT owns everyone.

I'll take Kreator over Slayer when I compare both band's recent output; however, up through "Seasons", Slayer was the king of thrash.

I'm with you Yngvai X .... Slayer is well past their creative output stage. The last 'great' thing they did was "Seasons", IMO. Too bad, cuz they were once REALLY good. Now they have more in common with mallcore and nu-metal bullshit than thrash. EXODUS, TESTAMENT, HEATHEN, KREATOR, DESTRUCTION - now THAT is thrash that is still relevant!!
