New song! Progressive instrumental

Hey guys i decided to record a new style of song (i guess its a progressive instrumental song) as opposed to my usual deathcore/brutal bla bla bla. I have never tried doing anything within this style so any tips would be appreciated. Sorry the playing isn't too tight, i recorded it all in about an hour.

I dunno if it's just me, but the bass sounds out of tune... And if it's not, I don't like the tone and/or the bass riffage... But really diggin the rest (guitars & drums & songwriting & production)

Sorry for double post, cant edit my previous post.. maybe the snare and the kick could need more meat, they sound sterile somehow
