New to forum and kinda to Carcass

Hi Carcass fanatics!

I noticed most of you have carcass as a favourite band and adore them so much.

I have Heartwork and some reviews I've read say that it's too "rock" or commercial and that it could've been made better. I don't know, I kinda see the point. I mean, this mortal coil just has this one riff played over and over which is annoying , and carnal forge has a kind of annoying riff in the chorus, and same with Death Certificate. But I do see what people like like the amazing dynamic yet simple riffs in Blind bleeding the blind doctrinal expletives embodiment heartwork, buried dreams. For some reason I really want to like the band but I'm sort of not completely convinced. But maybe i should just get Necroticism....

oh yes and I adore the solos in all songs. I think it's some of the best lead work ever.

Heartwork is perfect in every way, but a very different album from the band's other material, except maybe Swansong. Get Necroticism if you're into death metal, and get the earlier releases if you're REALLY into death metal.
